“That 70’s Show” seasons are American TV Sitcom Created by Mark Brazil, Bonnie Turner and Terry Turner. It focuses the lives of six teenagers from 1976 to 1989. Its Opening theme “In the Street” has been written by Alex Chilton and Chris Bell whilst performed by Cheap Trick & Ben Vaughn. It has been produced by Caryn Mandabach and mostly shot at Point Place, Wisconsin. Originally, it has been broadcasted on Fox channel in NTSC (480i) Picture and Stereo Audio format but now it has been syndicated on various networks worldwide. “That 70’s Show” season 1 made its debut on 23rd August, 1998.
Eric Forman, Jackie Burkhart, Steven Hyde, Michael Kelso, Donna Pinciotti, Fez, Red Forman, Kitty Forman, Bob Pinciotti, Midge Pinciotti, Laurie Forman, Laurie Forman, Leo Chingkwake and Randy Pearson are the main regular characters of “That 70’s Show” seasons.
Though the show has long list of recurring characters, Eric Forman appears to be the main protagonist. He has a tomboy girlfriend and is great fan of G.I.Joe and Star Wars. He and his five friends are mostly in the basement of his house. He is a smart skinny teenager with nice heart and sense of humor. He is mostly made the centre of laugh on the topic that his girlfriend, Donna, is physically stronger than him, who is shown individually beating almost everyone. Though Eric seems to be physically weak, he takes stand whenever it’s necessary. Eric’s best friend, Hyde, depicts the 70’s people who doubted government. He is adopted by Formans after her mother abandons her. The show also presents the scenario regarding social problems like feminism, gender bias; prevailing heavily in the 1970’s.
